Selena Gomez in Teen Vogue “I don’t necessarily feel accomplished.”

Love You Like a Love Song singer Selena Gomez looks stunning in her latest photo shoot for her Teen Vogue, where she covers the newest issue.

While showing off her natural beauty, Selena opened up about her budding career and how she plans to continue her transition into more adult roles after starring on Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place for 4 years.

Selena called 2012 the year of movies – she’s already filmed three movies this year including the rebellious Spring Breakers, an action movie The Getaway and an animated film Hotel Transylvania. Selena is still searching for more mature roles which will help her progress into adulthood.

“Monte Carlo was a good step for me at the time,” she says. “But I would never want to do something like that again.”

“It’s frustrating whenever I want the roles that no one’s even thinking about me for, and being like, ‘No,’ with all these other ones,” the 20-year-old explains. “Being part of the Disney Channel was such a blessing, and I’m super happy with what my show accomplished, but acting is something I would like to take on more seriously. I don’t necessarily feel accomplished. I want to create a whole different persona when it comes to acting.”

One of Selena’s more anticipated movies Spring Breakers has been a huge shift for her acting career as she stars alongside Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Benson in a movie involving a lot of drinking, drugs, and sex. “We went through the entire script,” she shares. Selena read through the project before hopping on a plane to head to the set to begin filming. “I said, ‘I know I haven’t done much and that taking a chance on me is a risk because it’s like, Oh, a Disney kid. I just want you to know that I would work really hard. I want to do things like this.’ ”

As for her next album, Selena promises that “It’s going to be different—a little older but still really fun.” The star even revealed who she would love to collaborate with for a song. “Who I would die to work with, but I don’t think he ever would—I don’t even think he’s doing music anymore—is Justin Timberlake,” she says. “Just ’cause I love his music sooo much.”

If catching Selena’s music and movies isn’t enough for you, you can also look forward for some new things from her fashion line Dream Out Loud (sold at Kohls) which she works on year round. “I love doing it, and I’m super proud of it.” Selena says.

You won’t catch Selena heading to high fashion in the near future though, “I definitely don’t think I’m ready for that. It’s a whole other market that feels way more intimidating.” She adds: “I’ve never been comfortable with saying, ‘Here’s a top that I’m going to sell for $350, and it’s just a T-shirt.’ ”

Sel doesn’t even feel comfortable spending too much on her own clothes! “I get sent things that are really nice, and I’m like, ‘This is cute,’ and I look at the tag and it’s $200,” she says. “I’m like, Oh my gosh, people probably think I buy it, and I don’t. It’s really weird.”

As for her relationship with Justin Bieber, don’t expect them to follow in the footsteps of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth by getting engaged any time soon.

Selena chatted briefly about her relationship with Bieber, who she’s been dating for around a year and a half. “It’s really fun. I’m lucky. I’m 20. I don’t take anything in my personal life too seriously. I have great friends and a solid group of people I love. I feel like everything else will come organically.” She says. “Marriage and all that other stuff I think will happen once I feel accomplished in every other aspect of my life. I have a small condo on top of my parents’ house. I’m a little behind!”
