One Direction have appeared in a new promo ahead of their performance at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards.
The X Factor group, who are due to take centre stage at the ceremony on 6th September, are seen walking down a backstage corridor in the clip, as they talk about their debut VMA performance.
Niall, Louis, Zayn, Liam and Harry say: "Tonight, we take this stage for the first time. We're ready. Are you? This is the moment. "
Liam has previously addressed their performance at the prestigious event, telling MTV News: "We're really looking forward to the VMAs.
"It's quite nerve-racking as well, because obviously there's been so many historical moments and stuff that have happened at the VMAs. Now we want to make a moment ourselves, but who knows?"
He added: "I think performing at the VMAs is such a huge occasion. I think it ranks up there with one of the best performances we'll do so far."
The What Makes You Beautiful hitmakers are also up for the Best Pop Video and Best New Artist Moonmen at the bash, hosted by Kevin Hart.
The likes of Alicia Keys, Pink and Green Day are also set to perform at the event and you can catch all the action from the 2012 MTV VMA on Friday, 7th September at 9pm only on MTV!
