MILEY CYRUS loves to pick up the tab. According to an insider, the recently engaged star dined with fiancé Liam Hemsworth, Harrison Ford and director Robert Luketic Wednesday night and insisted on paying for the meal at Morimoto in Philadelphia, where the boys have been filming “Paranoia.” While Hemsworth and Luketic were drinking, Harrison and Miley did not, adds the insider. The Disney star did tell the staff that it was Luketic’s birthday, and they sent a scoop of shiso-vanilla ice cream with a candle. “They sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to him,” said the insider. “The group looked like they were having a lot of fun.” Cyrus, who recently picked up the tab for Hemsworth and pals at Kiwani restaurant in Studio City, Calif., is also a “big tipper and left over 30%.”
