Perez Hilton reports that Miley Cyrus was seen partying, smoking, and drinking in Philadelphia while there recording some music.
The singer who is engaged to marry actor Liam Hemsworth was seen in Philadelphia hitting up the gay clubs without her engagement ring.
She also was apparently getting a little too close and flirty with a recording studio intern, so much so that the intern was let go. Cyrus allegedly had him bonding with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, over the phone and even asked the intern for his number.
According to a Perez Hilton source, "She was bitching about Liam and said things like ‘Yeah, I'm engaged but who knows how long THAT will last!'" Also during a drunken night out, Miley was seen laughing about digging through her purse and not being able to find her engagement ring.
