Niall Horan Talks Stalkers: 'I Was Followed By 300 Girls!'

One Direction may be one of the biggest bands in the world at the minute, however you would have thought the boys would have at least SOME time off, right? Nope, apparently not as band member Niall Horan has revealed that he's been followed round malls by 300 screaming fans! Eeeek.

The blonde haired cutie then went on to admit that he has to plan carefully where to spend his day off and is looking forward to some time off after the band's North American tour.

Aaah, we bet!

Speaking about days off, he said: "You have to go about it the right way. Obviously it's not just the case of 'Oh, I'm gonna go to this place for lunch.' You have to think about it for a bit. You can do all the regular things, it just becomes a struggle."

The Irish star went on to recall a particular incident recently where he was mobbed on a shopping trip. "The other day I wanted to go to Lids to buy a hat when we were in Atlanta," he recalled to MTV News.

"And I was in there with two security guys and I got absolutely mobbed in the mall. There were like, two or three hundred girls following me around the shopping center."

However, Niall then went on to say that although at times the attention that the band gathers is "inconvenient", it's 'all good", as the fans are what make the group.

"Them kind of things. It's not the most convenient for everyone, but it's all good. It's all a part of what we do. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't be here," he declared.

Speaking about his days off in between the tour and working on the band's new studio album, Niall said he would be "chilling" out in London with friends.

"We've got 10 days off and [I'm] just literally just going to chill," he said. "A couple of my friends are coming to London and we're just gonna chill for the week. We very rarely get time off, so it's good to be able to just relax for a bit. We've been all going since February, really."

Darn right, Niall. But, you do deserve at least a day off here and there!
