The One Direction lads are moving onwards and upwards, days after news that Liam Payne was moving in with dancer girlfriend Danielle Peazer it has now been revealed that Zayn Malik is buying his own house too.
The Bradford born star, who has been catapulted to fame thanks to the success of One Direction wanted to make an investment with his new found wealth and according to The Sun has invested in a £2.2 million home in North London.
“Zayn is trying to be smart with his money by putting it into bricks and mortar,” a source revealed.
Clearly being an international pop idol pays off if the 19 year-old can lay down that kind of cash. It will come in handy for romancing new girlfriend Perrie Edwards of Little Mix.
The cute couple are said to be smitten and with Zayn away on tour the new house will be the perfect place to spend some quality time alone.
But don’t think that means he is done with hanging out with the 1D boys, Zayn has already started to plan parties at the swanky pad when they get back from their ‘Up All Night’ tour in North America.
“He fell in love with the house. The deciding factor was the huge indoor swimming pool,” the insider added.
“He’s already planning some pool parties for when the band are back in town.” We hope we are invited!
