One Direction fans don't always think logically when they're in hot pursuit of the boys.
A US Directioner was arrested for attempting to break into a police car the boys were travelling in for security.
Liam Payne, 18, has revealed that the incident happened when the band left the vehicle to visit an arcade near Niagara Falls during time-off from their US tour.
'We went out and a girl tried to break into the car,' he tells the Daily Mirror's 3am.
'It's not the smartest thing I've ever heard.'
But it seems that despite the drama, chart-toppers 1D thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the popular tourist spot.
