Zayn Malik has reportedly spent £2.2m on a luxury 6-bedroom north London home.
The One Direction star is trying to be 'smart' with his earnings from the group by investing in the property, which is said to be in Hyver Hill - close to where he stayed with his fellow contestants during The X Factor in 2010.
'He fell in love with the house,' a source tells The Sun.
'The deciding factor was the huge indoor swimming pool.
'He's already planning some pool parties for when the band are back in town.'
But Zayn won't be able to get settled in just yet - he's currently busy touring America with the band.
