Following in the footsteps of his fellow boy band-members, One Direction's LOUIS TOMLINSON is claimed to have shelled out £2.5 million on a luxury pad in North London. This comes shortly after the news that his band mate Harry Styles recently bought a £575,000 apartment in the capital too, however Tomlinson appears to be one to take things to the next step with his extravagant purchase.
Excessive it may seem, however the purchase does look to be a much more sound investment that it first appears. A source close to the band told The Sun: "Louis's purchase may seem extravagant but it's a safe investment. The property is relatively new and given its location it is unlikely to lose value."
According to the paper, the swanky new London pad also features five bathrooms, four reception rooms, a swimming pool and spa area and garden. It also features an all-important games room, that we're sure will have its fair share of use whilst Louis is living there.
Earlier this week, the boys were joined by fellow former X Factor contestant Olly Murs, who supported the lads in Toronto, Canada on their whistle-stop tour of the country.
