Liam Payne has pleaded with One Direction fans to stay safe when they come to get a glimpse of the band.
The English singer reached out to his supporters on Twitter yesterday, after police were called to a hotel in LA, when crowds of screaming teenagers tried to rush through barriers, in an attempt to get their hands on the young singers.
Liam was just on his way back from a nearby recording studio, where he had been working on the group’s second album with Niall Horan and he witnessed the chaotic scenes, as he tried to make his way into the hotel and to his private suite.
Payne tweeted:
‘hey everyone outside you guys sound amazing wish we could come and see you xxx’
‘Hey hope nobody got hurt we would love to come say hi but because it gets crazy like that we don’t want you to get hurt xxx’
‘If you guys promise to stay calm and stay back and let us come to you maybe tomorrow we can say hello would be nice ’
We hope he isn’t holding out too much hope, because 1D fans aren’t known for their restraint when they come face to face with their idols.
Meanwhile, Niall seems pretty excited about how things have been going in the studio this week. The lads had a four day break between concerts and while Zayn Malik jetted to the UK for a few days at home, the Irish singer has spent much of his time off working on the band’s second album.
He tweeted last night saying:
‘recording one of the songs we wrote today! Excited!’
Horan added:
‘Yesss! @savan_kotecha @TheRamiYacoub , another one in the bag,see ya tomorrow bitcheeeessss! #canoon’
