Justin Bieber has said that he hopes to see Bridesmaids take home lots of prizes at the MTV Movie Awards.
The 'Boyfriend' singer revealed that he is a big fan of the female comedy, which stars Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph and Rose Byrne.
"I liked Bridesmaids," Bieber told MTV News. "I just think it was funny. It's kind of like the female version of The Hangover."
The Hunger Games and Bridesmaids lead the nominations for Sunday's (June 3) awards show with eight nods apiece.
"I need to see Hunger Games again," he continued. "I need to see it because I went there the first night it came out and I feel asleep because it was like super-late."
Russell Brand will host the awards show, which will feature a number of celebrity presenters, including Kristen Stewart, Emma Stone and Michael Fassbender.
The 2012 MTV Movie Awards air live from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, on Sunday, June 3, at 9pm ET/PT on MTV.
