Justin Bieber sticks his tongue out as he looks to the sky on Thursday (June 28) in Los Angeles.
The 18-year-old musician wore a plaid vest and ragged jeans for a photo shoot on the beach.
Justin‘s new album Believe debuted at the top of the Billboard charts. The album sold 374,000 copies in its first week, surpassing Madonna‘s MDNA as the biggest album debut week of the year.
Believe is also Justin‘s fourth number one debut. His previous number ones include My World 2.0, Never Say Never: The Remixes, and Under the Mistletoe.
