Days after losing the Miss U.S.A. Pageant, Sheena Monnin says she is stepping down from her post. She's upset they allowed a transgender contestant to compete, and says before the pageant even began, she saw a list of who the top five women were going to be; so in essence, the whole thing is rigged. This pageant is co-owned by Donald Trump, so he says he'll sue Monnin on the ground that she's a sore loser.

She's engaged to longtime boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. He recently starred in The Hunger Games. Liam worked with a jeweler to personally create a three-and-a-half carat diamond ring. Miley sent a tweet out to her followers, saying all her dreams are coming true.
