Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, and Harry Potter producer David Heyman will be taking part in July's London Olympic games in various indirect ways.
First off, Dan and Emma recorded clips that will be played after the end of various events during the games, set to begin on July 27, according to the Associated Press, where they and various other celebrities will be saying good-bye and well wishes as athletes and spectators leave.
"Videos have been recorded by celebrities that will be shown at the end of each sports session to say goodbye to the fans.
Among those appearing are Hollywood actresses Theron, Geena Davis and Helen Mirren, ''Harry Potter'' stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, and Olympic greats Mark Spitz and Nadia Comaneci. Spectators are reminded to ''mind the gap'' when they take the Underground train home."
On July 31, Rupert and Heyman will take part in the Creative Industries segment of Creative Content day during the games, where they and Warner Bros executive Josh Berger discuss the phoneme success of the Harry Potter film series.
"During the Creative Industries segment of the programme on July 31, speakers will include Josh Berger [pictured] from Warner Bros alongside actors Rupert Grint and producer David Heyman talking about the phenomenon of Harry Potter."
