Who is this Ed Sheeran, anyway? Allow me to dig a little deeper into this man Taylor Swift has been writing songs with. Here's what I know: He's 21. He learned guitar when he was young(er). He is a songwriter and a singer. He has millions of Twitter followers. And he's into cats, per his Tumblr. Basically, Ed Sheeran is the Boy Taylor Swift. (Except he's British, so make that the British Boy Taylor Swift.) And the only reason I know they've been writing together is that they simultaneously tweeted about their session. "In and out burger, defacing guitars and writing music with @taylorswift13 :)," wrote Sheeran. And that same day -- Tuesday (May 15) -- Swift corroborated his story by tweeting, "Eating cheeseburgers, scribbling on guitars, writing songs with @edsheeran. :)" The two music phenoms seem to have so much in common, I'm sure their songs practically wrote themselves. Unless that was what they were writing on their guitars. In which case they probably ran out of room after the second verse.
