One Direction have just flown out to the US for their sell-out headline tour and are feeling the strain of jet lag.
Niall Horan has revealed that he is finding it hard to cope with the new time zone.
He tweeted: "Hello jetlag.. im niall..you woke me up at 7am....so now u can go away. .."
The 18-year-old admitted he struggled to get back in step when the boys returned from their Australian tour earlier this month.
He wrote: "Woo jet lag just kicked in bigtime! felt like i jst ran into a brick wall ! need to sleep!"
Meanwhile, Liam Payne tweeted: "its so greet to be back on tour again cant wait to do the big tour uk areanasssss."
The boyband are to perform 26 shows over the next three months, finishing in Florida on July 1.
One Direction have also been confirmed as one of the headline acts at this year's iTunes Festival in September.
