Tish teamed her top with a pair of ripped jeans, while Miley opted for a skintight black bandeau, paired with high-waisted denims and bright red shoes.
The pair's eye-catching ensembles came as Miley took out her mother for Mother's Day, along with older sister Brandi.
Miley, who is often seen at the side of her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, left The Hunger Games star at home to enjoy her day out with the girls.
However, the former Disney star was seen out with Liam and her newly-adopted dog Mary Jane later in the day.
The three ladies later visited a branch of Trader Joe's on the way home where they picked up some snacks.
Miley's older sister Brandi was the epitome of a typical Californian girl in a pair of cut-off shorts, a printed white tank and some flip-flops.
In the morning she tweeted that her mother was in for a treat on Sunday.
