Justin Bieber is about to go up against the likes of Beyonce, Christina Aguilera and Fergie- to take out the top prize at the upcoming fragrance awards later this month (May).
Justin's female scent Someday will be going head to head with Fergie's Outspoken Intense, Beyonce's Pulse and Christina's Royal Desire. And Heidi Klum's Shine for the Consumers' Choice Fragrance of the Year trophy at America's annual FiFi Awards.
But Justin will be a winner on the night whether he takes out the top honour or not - he's set to receive the 2012 Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award, which celebrates stars for their ongoing successes in the industry.
Justin, who donates the proceeds from his perfume to charity is thrilled with the acknowledgement saying, "I am honoured to be named Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year. It means a lot to me that my fans and The Fragrance Foundation support all my accomplishments."
He added,"The best part is that my favourite charities are sharing in the success; it is important to pay it forward. Plus, I have the girls smelling great!"
Country star Taylor Swift's Wonderstruck has also received a nod for Best Packaging.
The prizegiving event will be held in New York on 21 May (2012) and will be hosted by Glee star Jane Lynch.
