What happened to Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez being innocent Disney stars who occasionally sang the odd song about growing up and heading to the prom? OK, so Vanessa never really had the innocent thing down, but she seems to be practically naked most of the time these days – along with new pal The Gomez.
Selena and Vanessa are working together on a new film called Spring Breakers – which appears to be about fit girls who wear very small items of clothing as they run around town looking pleased with themselves.
Take the scenes the girls filmed on set in Florida yesterday – all they did was stand around wearing denim short shorts, with shrunken t-shirts that showed off their toned little tums.
Vanessa was rocking the neon trend, teaming fluorescent hotpants with a Hooters crop top and questionable blonde wig. Meanwhile, Selena chose to show off less stomach, but just as much leg in patriotic denims.
Although they hung out in similar circles in LA, Vanessa and Selena are said to be BFFs after filming Spring Breakers together in Florida. The film also stars Ashley Benson – the nice blonde one off Pretty Little Liars – and Rachel Korine – who we’d never heard of before just then.
The movie is about four university students who go to jail after robbing a restaurant in order to fund their spring break holiday.
The girls get bailed out by a drug dealer, in return for a spot of dirty work, which lands them in even more trouble. We can already tell we’re going to bloody love it.
