Ryan Seacrest proved he knows what every 18-year-old boy wants when picking out tween sensation Justin Bieber's birthday present.
"I've known you for a few years and I've been waiting for this moment because there's something I've wanted to give you on your 18th birthday," Seacrest, 37, said on his KIIS-FM radio show Thursday. "It's something that I love. My buddies and I used to use this quite a bit when we were roommates. It's a lot of fun."
Building the suspense, Seacrest finally revealed the gift: a Costco club card. "Think of the endless fun you can have with jugs of salsa and buckets of hummus," Seacrest told Bieber. The singer was finally eligible for membership in the warehouse club once he turned 18 this week.
Thanking the American Idol host, Bieber was just as excited. "It's gonna be amazing. I can't wait," he said.
Manager Scooter Braun also gave the singer a special gift: a $102,000 electric sports car.
"We wanted to make sure you were environmentally friendly," Braun told the singer, who was a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres show. "We decided to get you a car that would make you stand out a bit on the road. So Justin, that's a Fisker Karma. Usher and I wanted to do this for you, since you never do anything for yourself."
In addition to his flashy electric sports car from manager Scooter Braun, the "Baby" singer asked fans to donate to his charity:water campaign.
