According to a report from BSCKids, Miley feels that everyone should have a mode of fitness that they enjoy and that works for them.
"Pilates is my favorite part of the day," she shared via Twitter.
Pilates is indeed a very popular fitness option among many A-list celebrities. Jennifer Aniston does it. So does Pippa Middleton, sister of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge. Other celebs who engage in healthy Pilates workouts include Paris Hilton, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Have you ever tried Pilates? The fitness method has been around for years but is gaining even more notoriety in the past couple of years. It was developed in the 20th century by JosephPilates and involves trying to control the muscles with the mind.
