The 19-year-old actress kept warm in an over-sized black sweater while out and about with friends.
The night before, Miley‘s beau Liam Hemsworth was honored at Cosmo‘s Fun & Fearless Awards.
“Because I’m a huge Hunger Games fan, Liam Hemsworth [is my pick],” Lucy Hale shared with MTV about the fun guys on the carpet. “And I love [his girlfriend] Miley [Cyrus].”
After hearing this, Miley tweeted to Lucy, “@lucyyhale your adorbs and I heart you!”
