Justin Bieber could become the newest addition to Calabasas' long list of famous residents if he can close a deal on a multi-million dollar gated community home.
Daily mail initially reported that the 18-year-old teen pop sensation already bought the house, but TMZ is now saying that Bieber is still haggling with current homeowner.
The seller wants $7 million, but Bieber has offered about $1.5 million less than that, according to TMZ.
The teen idol has been house shopping in Calabasas and Hollywood for the past month or so.
