The 22-year-old musician wore a lovely Zuhair Murad gown with romanic citrine, diamond and gold drop earrings and diamond and gold rings from Neil Lane.
“Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance. I’m floating,” Taylor tweeted about her pre-telecast wins.
