Former American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson performed to a sold out concert crowd in Orlando as part of her Stronger tour this week, and wowed the massive crowd with a cover of a popular Demi Lovato song.
According to a report from Celebuzz, Clarkson sang Skyscraper--Demi Lovato's hit single and her first big success since leaving rehab more than a year ago. The crowd clearly recognized the number and was thrilled that Kelly performed it so spectacularly.
The concert took place at Orlando's Universal Studios during a week where the parks were filled with school vacation travelers of all ages, as well as those dodging winter weather in other states for some fun in the Florida sun. It was perfect weather for the outdoor show.
Demi Lovato isn't the first artist Clarkson has covered in concert. She has also covered Etta James, Madonna, and practically everyone--both male and female--in between. It's no wonder she wanted to perform a Demi Lovato's song, however, as the two singers possess a similar energy that Kelly certainly conveyed in her rousing rendition of Skyscraper.

Do you have a favorite between the two? Do you prefer Skyscraper in its original version as sung by Demi Lovato or do you like Kelly Clarkson's take on the song? What other songs do you think Kelly should consider covering while on her Stronger concert tour?
