Justin Bieber hinted he would be putting out a new single very "soon," in a recent Twitter update. He would not give any details, but it could very well be a collaboration with the group Far East Movement. The Asian-American group is known for their electronic hip-hop, something Justin tends to favor.
Producer RedOne recently sat down with MTV News and discussed his involvement with the group. He reveals he has been working with FM and let out a little secret about a collaboration involving Justin.
He says, "Justin sang the chorus. It's a really good song, and I think people are gonna dance like crazy to it." RedOne is the go-to guy in the music business and is synonymous with producing massive hits. He reveals, "The Bieber thing, I don't know if I'm allowed to mention it right now, but ... I did a few songs with Far East Movement, and one of the songs ... to me, it's a smash."
The cat is out of the bag now, and Beliebers are going to be chomping at the bit to get a listen to Justin doing his thing. This could be the start of something huge for Justin. His music, while popular, is not exactly the kind of thing 20-somethings want to dance to in the clubs.
Justin is growing up and so is his music. He needs to break into the pop mainstream in a sneak attack. Haters are going to want to hate a song just because Justin Bieber is associated with it. If Justin's voice is wrapped up in a neat little dance hip-hop package, there could very well be an influx of Beliebers in the world.
RedOne has nothing but positive things to say about Justin. He gushes, "He's a sensation. I think he's becoming a man with his voice. He's an incredible singer." The super-producer is not impressed by the "Justin factor." He says, "He's a real singer musician ... He's a real artist."
Justin's future is looking brighter and brighter everyday.
