Miley Cyrus seems to know better than anyone about the importance of taking time off for yourself. The teen queen has gone days without tweeting or using any social media, and she finds that she benefits from giving those things a rest. Now, she's encouraging her pal, Demi Lovato, to do the same.
"Not tweeting much because I'm on a mini-vacation enjoying my time away from everything. Hope you guys understand," Demi tweeted on Monday. "You deserve it and enjoy it! Take it one step further from not tweeting and just turn your phone off," responded Miley.
It's actually very good advice and Lovato will more than likely take it. Miley Cyrus is usually the first one to say that she needs a break, and she doesn't apologize for it. She loves her fans (as does Demi) but sometimes she just needs a time out. There isn't anything wrong with that and it's actually quite healthy. Demi will be back in no time!
