Taylor Swift uploaded two winter beach photos to Twitter on December 28, 2011. In the visually stunning photos, the star wears a red coat, pants, and tall boots as she stands in the sand letting the waves crash behind her. The pics were uploaded via Instragram for Swift's 10 million plus fans.
The first photo is a close up shot of her face, with only half of her face in the photo. The tweet that went with the photo read, "Childhood beach memories revisited." The second shot has the singer several feet away from the camera, just starting to turn around towards the photographer. The second photo caption and tweet read, "Nothing quite like a freezing cold, wintery beach."
Obviously the star is feeling sentimental over the holidays. Taylor Swift has much to be thankful for, with her new song Safe & Sound reaching #1 on iTunes on Christmas Eve. Maybe this beach trip will have the 22-year-old writing a new song today.
