The 21-year-old singer wore a white Raphael Cennamo halter paired with a Ranjana Khan belt, Fendi heels and jewelry by Neil Lane.
Taylor was dancing with Joey King while Selena Gomez was performing “Love You Like A Love Song.”
Justin Bieber and Demi Lovato were also singing along!
Taylor will be receiving The Ultimate Choice Award at the show — which highlights her extraordinary contributions to the entertainment industry.
