On the 19th birthday of Selena Gomez, everyone thought that Justin Bieber couldn't be with her due to his busy schedule. But JB had something cooking up for his girlfriend.
He surprised her while eating dinner with her family and friends. "I was very happy to see him, and to be with him on my special day, it was just amazing." Says Gomez.
