2010, some would say, was the year of Justin Bieber. Not only did he have the most viewed video on youtube with his “Baby” music video, but he is also the most googled star.
The 16-year-old star dominated the search engine’s end-of-year Zeitgeist list, edging out Katy Perry to top the Fastest Rising People chart. Selena Gomez came in at number three, followed by Kim Kardashian and Eminem at four and five respectively.
Bieber also topped Google’s Fastest Rising in Entertainment ahead of Shakira in second place and Eminem at three.
Lady Gaga failed to make the top five on either chart, limping in at number six on both.
