Jake Gyllenhaal has reportedly said that he is taking is relationship wih Taylor Swift slowly as he doesn’t want to rush anything.
The pair have reportedly been dating for almost a month now but Jake revealed he may not take his new beau as his date to February’s Golden Globes.
In an interview with USA Today, of his Best Actor nomination Jake said: "Dude, I didn't think I was getting nominated.”
Allegedly of his new relationship, he added: "It's going to be a long, slow burn for me. I'm not rushing into anything!"
The actor also revealed how he heard about his nomination: "I was asleep. I didn't wake up. It was pretty unexpected. I got a call and then I checked my phone and I had 25 emails, and it was either disconcerting or exciting. In this case it was exciting.”
