Miley Cyrus‘ jewelry line has been removed from the shelves at Walmart due to their high level of toxicity.
Reports reveal that several from the line have tested positive for unsafe levels of cadmium. Cadmium can be dangerous if it is ingested, so Walmart decided not to sell the jewelry while they investigate “its compliance with our children’s jewelry standard.”
The items are not harmful when being worn, but if they are “sucked, bitten, or swallowed” Miley’s jewelry could be toxic to a child.
