The album moved up from No. 2 to No. 1 in its fourth week on the chart, resulting in its second week at No. 1. The album pushed 88,000 equivalent album units in the past week.

Upon debuting at No. 1 at the beginning of April, the album marked the second-largest sales week for an album in 2019, and also just the seventh album by a woman to tally over 300,000 album units in one week since the inclusion of streaming units in 2014.
