Ohh, Justin Bieber! You just love drama, don't you?The Biebs totally shaded Taylor Swift's 1989 World Tour opening act Shawn Mendes during a recent interview. While chatting with New York radio station 95.5 PLJ on Tuesday, September 15, Justin reminisced on his early days in the spotlight. He was asked if he had any advice for 17-year-old Shawn, and Justin drew a blank.
"Who is Shawn Mendes?" he asked.The DJ then awkwardly listed Shawn's bio, saying, "He's on Island, he's from Southern Ontario, he's 17 years old, he has a song called 'Stitches' that's doing OK at pop radio."
"Nice. Good for him," Justin replied, to which the DJ explained he just assumed the pop stars would know each other because they're both from the same region of Canada. "No, I don't know him, but I will check him out. For sure," JB answered.
#Burn. We're guessing he's not a fan. Gasp. Maybe Tay's tried to hook Selena Gomez up with Shawn before...aaaand Justin knows all that?
