Nicki Minaj‘s heart goes out to her “sister” Ariana Grande and the people of Manchester, but she isn’t going to let terrorists win and vows to play her shows for fans.
The 34-year-old entertainer spoke out while arriving at LAX Airport on Tuesday afternoon (May 23) in Los Angeles.
“We don’t operate in fear,” Nicki told TMZ at the airport. She was asked if she would do her shows differently amid attacks like the one in Manchester, but she said “nope” because that would mean “that they win.”
“Ariana is my sister and I love her. And I love the people of the UK. I’m devastated by the news. It’s heartbreaking,” she added.
