Louis Tomlinson will not be charged after a scuffle with a paparazzo at LAX airport last month.
The 25-year-old “Just Hold On” singer was arrested after a photographer got too close for comfort and claimed that Louis attacked him.
The incident escalated once two girls began attacking Louis‘ girlfriend Eleanor Calder and he ran to her defense.
According to TMZ, Louis will go to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office for an informal hearing, where both sides will present their version of events. A hearing officer will then advise the parties how they should conduct themselves in the future but no criminal charges will be filed.
Since the incident, several LAX employees have come forward to confirm that Louis did not intentionally hit the photographer or woman.
The hearing is set for the end of this month.
