She has a mansion in Tennessee, a sprawling property in Beverly Hills and most recently purchased a home in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, in order to be close to her ex-boyfriend Conner Kennedy.
And now it looks like Taylor Swift has set her sights on buying some property in London, England.
The 22-year-old star is reportedly making moves to purchase a new adobe across the pond.
According to Radaronline.com, the singer has fallen for the charms of the British city and wants to have a base there.
Taylor has recently been in London to promote her new album Red, and realised that it would be easier to purchase a home in the city for when she is touring around Europe.
'Taylor is looking into expanding her property portfolio in Europe and London is one of her preferred destinations,” a source told Radaronline.com.
'She loves being in London, just because it’s such a vibrant city and if she had a base there, it would be easier for her to travel around Europe when she’s touring.
'She’s also realist who knows a successful pop career can sometimes be short-lived.
'She wants to invest the money that's pouring in from the amazing success of Red into real property.'
The move comes as it has also been reported that Taylor and her former boyfriend Conner may possibly reconcile.
According to sources the pair are still in close contact with each other.
The former couple, who are said to be talking to each other on the phone, might be reunited soon as Taylor is said to attend his family's charity gala next month.
18-year-old Connor, part of the famous Kennedy clan, and Taylor were dating over the summer, but recently split up due to her hectic work schedule, which sees her flying all over the world.
She was spotted in Paris on Friday promoting her latest album Red at a radio station.
The hit maker was reportedly getting close to his family, and it seems despite their break-up the Kennedy's are still a fan of the country songstress.
According to the New York Post, Taylor is set to join a range of A-listers attending the Ripple of Hope Gala, which is held in honour of the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights.
The event is hosted by Conor's grandmother Ethel Kennedy, slated to be held at the Marriott Marquis hotel in New York's Times Square, with Alec Baldwin appearing as the master of ceremonies.
The guest list also includes Melanie Griffith, Antonio Banderas, Matthew Broderick and Mia Farrow.
However, it is unclear whether Conor will be able to take time off of his school schedule, as the he is currently attending Massachusetts' Deerfield Academy.
The country singer is famously unlucky in love and writes songs about her failed relationships, which include a string of flirtations with celebrities such as John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Joe Jonas, Cory Monteith and Taylor Lautner.
And despite having recently gone through another high-profile split, she has revealed she's not yet ready to give up on her mission for love.
'I think that the idea of finding another person to share your life with is the most fascinating, beautiful quest you could ever be on in life,' she said.
'And yes, living your dreams is so important too, and a lot of times I’ve put that before everything else. But then you get to a place where the whole time you’re living these dreams, you look beside you to say to someone, "Hey, isn’t this so much fun?!" And if there’s no one there to say it to, what’s the point?'
Taylor also admitted she dreams of giving up the rock star lifestyle and having a family. 'Being a mom full time, doing everything for my kids, having a bunch of them,' she said.
'One day, I’m sure. But that’s the only other thing that could be as thrilling for me as doing this.'
