Miley Cyrus keeps it comfy in a fave flannel-patterned shirt as she dines with a few friends at Wakcano restaurant on Friday afternoon (January 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 19-year-old musician just recently got a hair cut.
“I didn’t do anything to crazy. But I did take 5 inches off!” Miley promises on Twitter.
